At Rosswil Mechanical Services, customer satisfaction is a priority. Our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

  • Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve the issue.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued if the service was not delivered as agreed or cannot be completed due to a fault on our end.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Parts or materials already installed or used are non‑refundable unless deemed faulty.

  • Rework Policy: If an issue arises due to workmanship, we will return to fix the problem at no additional cost within the warranty period.
